Shinsaibashi PARCO will undergo its first major renovation since its opening in 2020.
The 5th-anniversary project held in 2025, themed "Premonition," expressed signs of impending change throughout the building.
Following this "prelude," multiple floors within the building will be refreshed. The renovation will be gradually rolled out from February to October 2026, covering approximately 50 zones and 2,000 tsubo.
Shinsaibashi PARCO has always offered unique value as a "highly sensitive cultural hub" where fashion, art, and entertainment intersect. This renovation will further develop these strengths, incorporating cutting-edge domestic and international brands and new experiential value, aiming to become a landmark in Shinsaibashi, the premier international commercial city in Western Japan, evolving into a facility where visitors discover something new with each visit.
Concentration of Noteworthy Domestic and International Brands to Create New Value
In April, "STARBUCKS RESERVE® Cafe," a new style of cafe bakery by Starbucks, will open for the first time in Western Japan. In fashion, highly sensitive brands with global recognition such as "TOGA," "AMBUSH®," and "GANNI" will also open.
Additionally, on the 5th floor, Tokyo-based street brand "YEN TOWN MARKET® OSAKA" and "crocs" will open. On B1F, "studiolab404.com," known for its selections that defy existing values, and the amusement toy shop "MEDICOM TOY WEST" will also appear. A diverse range of brands will gather, radiating new appeal. Shinsaibashi PARCO plans to sequentially open more renovated stores in the future.
The first phase of the release introduces all 14 stores opening in April, including 4 stores making their debut in the area.
