Author Profile

After graduating from an art university, she worked in design for commercial facilities. After marriage and childbirth, she started a design company with her husband. Subsequently, her husband passed away around the same time the company went bankrupt. Triggered by her husband's death, she founded a childcare service company and, while leading the organization as a manager, devised the "RIC Cycle" for potential development. After joint research on this cycle with Doshisha University, she transferred her company's business and established the RIC Research Institute. Currently, she is dedicated to the research and dissemination of the "RIC Program," which leverages the results of industry-academia collaboration with the Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine to draw out the power to overcome adversity.
