Craft Candy Theater "PAPABUBBLE" will release its popular summer-limited "Cool Ice Series" at all stores nationwide and on its official website (https://papabubble.co.jp/collections/ice-candy_2026) starting July 2, 2026 (Thu).

This year, we are offering products that evoke a sense of coolness in both appearance and taste, including "Cool Animal Mix," which combines last year's popular ice and animal series, "Ice Fragment Candy," developed over approximately 10 years of planning, and "Ice Candy," which allows you to enjoy candy with gummies inside. We deliver a "eating ice experience" expressed through the skill of our artisans.

Last Year's Two Popular Series Combined: "Cool Animal Mix" Depicting Arctic Friends

"Cool Animal Mix," a combination of last year's popular "Ice Series" and "Animal Series," is newly added to the lineup.

The candy features adorable animals such as polar bears, penguins, and seals, inspired by the Arctic and cold regions. The transparent candy shines like glasswork when held up to the light, creating a visually cool impression.

The flavors are a refreshing combination perfect for summer, including white sour, lemon squash, and lychee. We also offer a small assorted set, recommended for personal enjoyment as well as small gifts.

- Cool Animal Mix: ¥740 (tax included)

- Cool Animal Small Assortment Set: ¥1,840 (tax included)

A Summer-Exclusive "Ice Candy" Fun to Float in Carbonated Drinks

This popular series features refreshing sour fruit gummies enclosed in transparent champagne soda candy.

The gummies come in four varieties: acerola, passion fruit, lemon, and muscat, creating a visually vibrant finish.

Furthermore, the surface is coated with xylitol, providing a cooling sensation the moment it enters your mouth. We also recommend enjoying it by floating it in a carbonated drink and letting it dissolve gradually. This gummy-filled candy is perfect for summer, reminiscent of "frozen sweets" in both appearance and taste.

- Ice Candy: ¥740 (tax included)

10 Years in the Making: "Ice Fragment Candy" Aiming to be "Edible Drift Ice"

"Ice Fragment Candy," which was born last year after approximately 10 years of trial and error and garnered attention for its unique texture, will be sold again this year.

It features a crisp, ice-like texture when licked, followed by a mysterious melt-in-your-mouth sensation that dissolves softly when chewed. While pursuing a texture reminiscent of drift ice, the aftertaste is finished to be clean and light.

Additionally, it comes in a clear case inspired by cool ice, allowing you to enjoy the summery coolness from its appearance.

- Ice Fragment Candy: ¥740 (tax included)

"Crispy" and "Chewy" New Texture "Ice Gummy Lollipop"

This lollipop features a large gummy coated thinly with candy, handcrafted one by one by artisans.

The transparent candy layer lightly cracks in the mouth, followed by the chewy texture of the gummy. It's a summer-limited item that allows you to enjoy the contrast of different textures.

It comes in two flavors: muscat and lemon. Its clear, cool appearance also makes it a recommended choice for small gifts or a treat for yourself.

- Ice Gummy Lollipop (Muscat): ¥640 (tax included)

- Ice Gummy Lollipop (Lemon): ¥640 (tax included)

*Available in stores only; not available in the online shop.

Perfect for Summer Research Projects! Popular Workshops to be Held Again This Summer

Craft Candy Theater "PAPABUBBLE" will hold its popular "Candy Making STUDIO" workshop during the summer vacation period of 2026.

This popular event allows participants to experience candy making alongside artisans in a real kitchen. This year, it will be held for the first time at the Shibuya Aoyama store and Shibuya Scramble Square store, which opened in April. It will be conducted at 9 stores nationwide.

Artisans provide careful support, so even beginners can participate with peace of mind. No special equipment is needed, and you can enjoy it empty-handed. It's recommended not only for creating summer vacation memories but also as a theme for summer research projects.
