She is also known as a pioneer of the gut health boom. She has a reputation for her knowledge of food and cooking skills, holding qualifications as a Gut Health Planner, Natural Food Coordinator, and Japan Femtech Association Certified Qualification Level 2. She co-authored the book "Kaji Habit," which summarizes habits for maintaining a healthy and beautiful mind and body, with Dr. Hiroyuki Kobayashi, a renowned doctor specializing in autonomic nervous system disorders who has a waiting list of several years.
