供應不安時代「約定」的價值

「預約登記米」是一種制度,利用戶在插秧前預約當季新米並承諾一年定期購買,以四周為週期定期配送米。可根據個人餐桌需求組合重量和品牌。目前,Pal System 約有 20 萬戶家庭使用此服務。

生產者因為「銷路已定」而能穩定經營,專注於環境保全型農業。利用戶即使在市場短缺時,也能優先且以穩定價格收到米。這使得在 2024 年米需求緊繃的「令和米荒」以及 2011 年東日本大地震時,仍能將米配送給登記用戶。
