paintory Inc. (Headquarters: Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture / Representative Director: Yuta Katayama, hereinafter referred to as paintory), which provides a one-stop supply chain for D2C custom apparel, has been certified as an official license partner for Relive Inc. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture / Representative Director: Takashi Sasaki, hereinafter referred to as Relive), the manufacturer and seller of the functional wear "Relive Wear." We are also pleased to announce our participation in Relive's social contribution project "BUY ONE. GIVE ONE. project," which began on March 11, 2026, where one garment is donated to a support organization for every garment purchased, and that we have provided paintory's corporate services.

Under the mission of "Contributing to the self-realization of all individuals in a world where everyone has different preferences and values," paintory has been operating "paintory.com" since November 2017, a service for individuals that allows anyone to produce and sell custom apparel of fashion brand quality from a single item, without inventory risk. In April 2024, for corporate clients, we launched a service that provides a seamless D2C custom apparel supply chain, including the production of custom apparel and EC site construction offered on "paintory.com," as well as support for brand and product planning, fulfillment, and customer support.

Relive Inc., with the corporate philosophy of "Contributing to the creation of healthy and happy lives, both mentally and physically, for people around the world," manufactures and sells the functional wear "Relive Wear." Since its launch, "Relive Wear" (Note 1) has achieved cumulative sales of 5 million units as of the end of February 2026 (Reporting period: July 1, 2019 - February 28, 2026). Loved by a wide range of users, from the elderly to those in physically demanding jobs and athletes, it is a functional wear company that supports the health of many people in their daily lives and sports activities.

◼︎ Appointment as Official License Partner for Relive Inc. Through a license agreement concluded in August 2025, paintory has been certified as an official license partner authorized to apply "Relive Processing" to its own original apparel bodies. This enables the production of custom apparel with "Relive Processing" applied to the original bodies that paintory offers for individuals and corporations (details below).

◼︎ About the BUY ONE. GIVE ONE. project Starting March 11, 2026, paintory has joined the "BUY ONE. GIVE ONE. project," an initiative led by Relive Inc. to address social issues (such as disaster relief and welfare support) through the sale of apparel products with "Relive Processing.".

This project, launched in March 2026, 15 years after the Great East Japan Earthquake, aims to support people working in relief efforts. For every "Baton Wear" with Relive Processing purchased by individual customers, another Relive Wear garment is donated to support organizations such as disaster volunteer groups and social welfare corporations. It is a circular model where unused returned items are printed with a logo and delivered to disaster volunteers and welfare organizations.

Relive Inc. is headquartered in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and initiated the "BUY ONE. GIVE ONE. project" with the determination to "become the supporters this time" based on their experience with the Great East Japan Earthquake. paintory resonates with this sentiment and has joined the project. This is the first time paintory is participating in an initiative that operates as a permanent circular model of the "BUY ONE. GIVE ONE type" (Note 2).

In this project, paintory will provide one-stop services including the construction of a special website, production of the target product "Baton Wear," printing of the "BUY ONE. GIVE ONE. project" logo on unused returned items as donated apparel, centralized management of donated inventory through the system, and management and shipping of deliveries to customers and recipient organizations.
