Cryptact Releases CLI for Cryptocurrency Profit/Loss Calculation from AI Coding Tools

pafin Inc. (Co-CEOs: Amin Azmude / Gaku Saito, hereinafter "the Company"), which operates "Cryptact," an automated cryptocurrency (crypto asset) profit/loss calculation service, has released a Command Line Interface (hereinafter "this CLI") that allows access to Cryptact's profit/loss calculation functions from AI coding tools such as terminals and Claude Code.

This CLI enables users to access Cryptact's calculation engine from a terminal and perform operations such as uploading exchange files, executing profit/loss calculations, searching transaction history, and exporting results. These commands can also be called from AI coding tools like Claude Code, trading scripts, and more.

Following the CLI, the Company plans to release a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server by the end of April 2026. MCP is a standard proposed by Anthropic that enables AI tools to connect with external services*. By releasing the MCP server, even users without technical knowledge will be able to use Cryptact through chat-based AI tools like Claude.

In recent years, the rapid development of AI technology has accelerated the use of various services through AI tools. In swift response to this trend, our company has accelerated the development of the CLI and MCP server, primarily led by our API and data infrastructure engineers.

Accurately calculating cryptocurrency profit/loss requires deep expertise in both cryptocurrency/blockchain and tax systems. This CLI, which we are releasing today, implements our advanced expertise in a way that AI can operate.
