美國奧斯卡金像獎認證、亞洲最大級的國際短篇電影節 Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia（SSFF & ASIA）與提供數位貨幣「DCJPY」網絡的 DeCurret Inc.（以下稱 DeCurret）將於今日 2026 年 3 月 30 日（星期一）起，開始受理旨在支援創作者的新企劃「DCP Award」的參賽作品及 DAO 參與者招募。

「DCP Award」是什麼：
本獎項利用 DeCurret 所提供的價值循環型社群（DAO）實證系統，讓參與者能民主且公開地選出獲獎作品。
2026 年的本獎項，將透過參賽創作者之間的民主投票來選出獲獎作品。參賽作品為「過去曾投稿至 SSFF & ASIA 的所有日本作品」，是一場讓「當時過於超前時代」或「可惜未能入選」的作品重新獲得關注的「時代超越的復仇之戰」。從 2000 年代的投稿作品到最近的作品，無論過去是否曾入圍或獲獎，皆一視同仁。
進行「貢獻、熱情」與「獎勵、地位」價值交換的「價值循環型社群」
DeCurret 以區塊鏈技術為基礎，運用數位貨幣「DCJPY」，目標是創造一個讓企業、地區、人們能更順暢連結的「價值循環型社群」。透過與 Visual Voice Inc. 的合作，我們正致力於實證，例如強化創作者之間連結以導向新的創作活動、由粉絲選定及營運獎項計畫、創作者與粉絲共同創作作品等。目標是實現一個價值循環型社群服務，讓參與者對社群的貢獻與熱情能累積為自身地位，並以數位貨幣或特別體驗的形式給予獎勵。在 2026 年的 DCP Award 中，將以投稿作品的創作者為對象，除了能體驗創作者之間互相鑑賞、投票決定獲獎者的民主投票機制外，還能看到來自其他創作者的評價與回饋，並透過 Discord 社群創造連結機會。

What is the DCP Award?
The DCP Award is a new initiative by SSFF & ASIA and DeCurret Inc. that utilizes a blockchain-based value circulation community (DAO) to democratically select award-winning films through voting by participating creators. It aims to give a second chance to Japanese short films submitted to SSFF & ASIA in the past that may have been ahead of their time or narrowly missed selection.
Who is eligible to submit to the DCP Award?
