Joined Goodpatch in 2021 after diverse experiences in design, corporate sales, ATS sales promotion, and recruitment team establishment. She handles recruitment for a wide range of roles including Engineers, PMs, Designers, and Business side. Her theme is "reproducible recruitment that doesn't rely on human caution," working on redesigning recruitment mechanisms using AI and no-code tools. Two-time winner of the company's internal MVP award.
