Design Maximizing Urban Tiny Lots ・Site Area: 11.15 tsubo (36.86㎡) ・Building Area: 6.76 tsubo (22.35㎡) ・Total Floor Area: 17.85 tsubo (59.01㎡) Securing a total floor area of approximately 17.85 tsubo on a limited 11-tsubo site, the design features a focus on vertical space to realize a comfortable lifestyle even in tiny urban plots. ■ What is '+one'? Many people building homes in urban areas face the dilemma of having to give up their ideal space or sense of openness due to limited land and strict regulations. The basic concept of the "Plus One House" is to add ceiling height while remaining within height restrictions. The resulting vertical space expands the possibilities of daily life infinitely. This is the spatial revolution created by the "PLUS ONE HOUSE" from Cleverly Home Joto and Shinjuku branches.
