印刷業務導入日本首台海德堡「Jetfire 50」，可高速同時支援基礎與可變印刷

隸屬於 OSP Holdings 集團企業，專營傳單、手冊等一般商業印刷品及網購印刷的印刷業務股份有限公司（Printbiz Co., Ltd.）（總公司：大阪市中央區，代表取締役社長：岩城 保）宣布，已導入日本首台海德堡公司製造的數位印刷機「Jetfire 50」，並預計於 2026 年 4 月起正式稼動。

印刷業務公司一直以來都重視環保，例如在平版印刷中導入了極力減少廢液的無水印刷方式。雖然已引進電子寫真方式的數位印刷機，但為了進一步強化環保措施，將增設噴墨式「Jetfire 50」，擴充數位印刷的產能。過去，對於中、大批量的可變印刷品（指印刷內容僅部分變更的印刷品，例如：彩券號碼等），需要透過基礎印刷（平版印刷）與可變部分印刷（數位印刷）兩道工序完成，耗費成本與時間。本機型可同時高速印刷基礎與可變部分，提升生產效率，進而能為客戶節省成本並縮短交期。

■導入背景

印刷業務公司於 2013 年開始實際運用油性平版印刷的無水印刷技術，隔年成功實現 LED-UV 平版印刷的無水化。2017 年，所有平版印刷機均切換為無水印刷機運作，持續推動環保措施。印刷產業的動向受到商業印刷需求減少的影響，歇業的業者及不擁有印刷生產設備的無廠企業（fabless）日益增多。在此情況下，印刷業務公司導入本機型，旨在於持續作為在地印刷產業的承擔者之餘，同時兼顧環保考量。
