Hakone Gora Karaku (Location: Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture, General Manager: Satoshi Wakayama, hereinafter "Karaku") and Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori (Location: Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture, General Manager: Toshihiro Sato, hereinafter "Hanaori") will begin selling the "Overnight with Monet" accommodation plan, which includes museum admission tickets, on July 1, 2026, to coincide with the special exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of Monet's death and the 25th anniversary of the Pola Museum of Art's opening.
Enjoy a fulfilling time connecting art and your stay in Hakone with a viewing experience that can only be savored by staying overnight, embraced by Hakone's rich nature.
Karaku and Hanaori are committed to creating unique local experiences along with regional natural and cultural resources. As part of this initiative, we are cooperating with the Pola Museum of Art's special exhibition to expand the experiential value in Hakone by linking the viewing experience with accommodation.
Karaku and Hanaori are located approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car from the Pola Museum of Art, making it easy to visit the museum during your stay. For those using public transportation, it is a few minutes' walk from Karaku to the free shuttle bus stop for the Pola Museum of Art at Gora Station, and from Hanaori, it takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes by transferring once on the Hakone Tozan Bus from the nearest station, Tougendai. The convenient distance that gently connects your stay and the art viewing is also one of its attractions.
