Beppu Onsen Suginoi Hotel (Location: Beppu City, Oita Prefecture; General Manager: Tatsuya Kurama) has announced the launch of "Summer Limited Menus" at its three main buffet restaurants, available from June 15 (Mon) to August 31 (Mon), 2026. The participating venues include "TERRACE & DINING SORA," "Japanese Dining Hoshi," and the world dining restaurant "Ceeda Palace." For this summer campaign, chefs at each venue have curated a variety of appetizing dishes using seasonal ingredients to provide a unique culinary experience.

### Sora-kan: TERRACE & DINING SORA
Located in the flagship building "Sora-kan," this restaurant will feature "Grilled Smoked Spare Ribs." The ribs are marinated for a full day in smoked liquid and seared on an iron plate to lock in juicy flavors. The popular "Peking Duck" from 2023 also makes a comeback, offering a crispy skin texture perfectly paired with the richness of sweet bean sauce (tianmianjiang). Additionally, refreshing summer dishes like "White Fish and Amanatsu Citrus Carpaccio" are available.

### Hoshi-kan: Japanese Dining Hoshi
Situated on the top floor of "Hoshi-kan" with stunning panoramic views, "Japanese Dining Hoshi" will offer "Grilled Turban Shell (Sazae no Hamayaki)" at its live robatayaki counter, providing an authentic seaside flavor and unique texture. Other seasonal highlights include "Aji Sushi" (traditional mackerel sushi), a local favorite, and "Fragrant Oven-baked Seafood," which brings out the natural umami of fresh seafood with fresh herbs and shiro-dashi base.

### World Dining: "Ceeda Palace"
Designed for guests of all ages, "Ceeda Palace" will feature a summer BBQ corner. Guests can enjoy globally inspired meat dishes such as American BBQ-style pork, kebab-style minced meat, and chicken churrasco-style skewers, all seasoned with aromatic spices. The restaurant will also serve Mediterranean-style swordfish dishes and seasonal pizzas, such as a Bismarck-style pizza with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes, all within a vibrant, family-friendly dining environment.
