[Hilton Narita] Regional Japanese Delicacies and Summer Fruits Unite: "Nationwide Gourmet Tour & Temptations of Summer Fruits and Ice Cream" Event

[May 29, 2026] Hilton Narita (Narita City, Chiba Prefecture; General Manager: Toshio Shinozuka) will hold a summer-exclusive buffet, "Nationwide Gourmet Tour & Temptations of Summer Fruits and Ice Cream," at its "Terrace Restaurant" from Wednesday, July 1, to Monday, August 31, 2026. The theme of this fair is "A Culinary Journey Through Japan." Chefs have researched popular local dishes and ingredients from across the country, arranging them into a hotel-style buffet. In addition to regional food cultures, guests can enjoy hotel-made sweets using peaches and mangoes, fruit skewers featuring seasonal fruits, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, creating a summer-themed interactive buffet experience. The menu includes popular dishes from across Japan, such as Hokkaido's "White Corn Blancmange," Iwate's "Morioka Cold Noodles," Akita's "Kiritanpo Bouillabaisse," Osaka's "Doteyaki-style Beef Tendon Stew," and Fukui's "Volga Rice." From the local Chiba area, dishes include "Black Ajillo" made with "Zenna" (small clams) from Kujukuri, "Shaved Strawberry Ice" using strawberries from Aiba Strawberry Farm in Sammu City, and watermelons from Yachimata and Tomisato. The dessert corner features hotel-made sweets and "Fresh Fruit Skewers" reminiscent of summer festival stalls, where guests can customize their own skewers with six types of seasonal fruits like watermelon, melon, and kiwi. Three flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream will be available at all times, and guests can create their own original parfaits with Hokkaido milk soft serve. During the Obon period from August 13 (Thu) to 16 (Sun), an all-you-can-eat "Toge-zuwai Crab" dinner buffet will also be available.
