Patient Explanation DX System 'Poke-Sapo' Exceeds 1.17 Million Annual Uses in FY2025

The patient explanation DX system 'Poke-Sapo,' provided by OPERe Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuka Sawada), announced that the annual usage of its explanation content exceeded 1.17 million times in fiscal year 2025 (April 2025 to March 2026). Additionally, the number of hospitals adopting the system has surpassed 130, further expanding its track record in the patient explanation DX field. Poke-Sapo boasts one of the largest achievements in Japan for annual and cumulative usage of patient explanation DX systems. It is used in over 130 hospitals nationwide. About half of the adopting hospitals are core hospitals with 400 or more beds, covering a total of approximately 47,000 beds. Adoption is progressing in a wide range of hospitals, from acute to recovery and chronic care, and it is penetrating the medical field as a practical tool for patient explanation DX. In fiscal year 2026, OPERe aims to provide new features such as an 'AI Counter' that utilizes AI to optimize patient communication, while continuing to expand the number of adopting hospitals and usage results.
