In recent years, exhibitions have become an environment where it is difficult to achieve results by "just exhibiting." Ordinary simple decoration booths tend to be buried in their surroundings, and visitors often have little reason to stop. The main challenges faced by exhibitors on-site are as follows:

Passing by: Visitors pass by the booth, making it difficult to create a reason for them to stop.

Lack of visibility: Ordinary decorations are buried among surrounding booths.

Difficulty in approaching: It is difficult to create opportunities to talk to visitors, and staff become exhausted.

Input abandonment: Business card exchanges and survey responses do not increase, and interactions end shallowly.

This package is a service that designs and provides a set of visitor attraction through prominent "LED booth decoration" and a "participation promotion flow" utilizing the marketing tool "Croissant." It integrally designs the five steps from visitors "noticing" the booth to "stopping," "participating," "inputting information," and "becoming a lead," leading to the natural acquisition of lead information.

Basic package configuration:

LED booth decoration and construction: Booth exterior utilizing highly luminous LED panels that are visible from a distance in the aisle.

Croissant introduction: Provision of "want-to-see, want-to-do" plans such as online gacha and diagnostic content.

QR participation flow design: Integrated design with minimal tap QR flow and optimized input fields.

Exhibition consulting by Representative Ido: Consistent design from an on-site perspective and support for optimizing on-the-day operations.

Overwhelming Cost Performance

This package achieves overwhelming cost performance that maximizes results and reduces costs.

Regarding booth interior costs, we can propose highly visible booth decorations utilizing LED, with costs comparable to general simple decorations. Based on RX JAPAN standards, it is approximately 700,000 JPY (excluding tax) per booth (※Varies depending on decoration content, number of booths, and construction conditions), which can be suppressed to about 2/3 of the market price.

Regarding consulting + gacha production, it is provided at 600,000 JPY (excluding tax), including overall exhibition consulting/direction and online gacha planning/production agency. This includes the usual Croissant provision fee of 400,000 JPY, and covers everything from flow design, prize planning, exhibition KPI design, optimization of on-the-day operations, to staff role allocation.

In addition, as an option, human resource attendance can be provided at a very affordable price of about 30,000 to 40,000 JPY per person per month (separate estimate).
