Onsen Dojo to Host 'Open Company' Event at Chichibu Yumoto Buko Onsen on April 12, 2026, Offering Students Opportunities to Experience 'Revitalizing the Region' Work

Onsen Dojo Co., Ltd. (Tokigawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Toshiki Yamazaki) will hold an experiential program for students, the 'Onsen Dojo Open Company,' on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Chichibu Yumoto Buko Onsen (Yokoze-machi, Saitama Prefecture). Based on the corporate philosophy of 'broadcasting culture from the bath,' Onsen Dojo develops and operates hot spring facilities, including the 'ofuro café(R)' brand, and resort facilities, primarily in Saitama Prefecture. This program is not an internship for recruitment purposes, but a one-day event to experience the culture of Onsen Dojo and the essence of work that 'revitalizes the region.' By facing actual store challenges in a real-world setting of a regional hot spring facility, and through the process of observing the relationships between the region, customers, and the company, and thinking about problem-solving as a team, the program aims to help students deeply consider 'what work is' and 'how to engage with the region.'
