'The GARDEN BBQ 2026' is a summer tradition at the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy barbecue under the open sky. The BBQ station features fresh seafood delivered daily, including Chiba Brand-certified 'Kujukurihama Clams,' along with beef cuts. This year, a new addition is 'yakitori' (grilled chicken skewers). The buffet area includes a customizable ajillo station where guests can select ingredients like shrimp, cherry tomatoes, black olives, broccoli, and mushrooms to create their own dish. Also available are edamame, fried snacks, somen noodles, and vegetable curry with rice. The dessert section offers fruits, marshmallows, shaved ice, and more, with over 30 menu items in total.
For drinks, guests can enjoy a comparative tasting of draft beers from Japan's four major breweries, including Kirin Ichiban Shibori Premium. Relax under the night sky in this green, open-air space with family and friends.

Known for their large size and thick, firm texture, they deliver a rich, savory broth. They can be enjoyed as-is or lightly seasoned with soy sauce, enhancing their natural umami and aroma.
