Hotel Nikko Tsukuba Chapel Apollo
At this concert, pianist George Nagata, known for his melodious performances and rich expressiveness, and cellist Gleb Tolmachev from Ukraine, active in a wide range of genres including classical and jazz, will perform beloved songs such as theme music from popular anime and famous movies, appealing to all generations.
Furthermore, a participatory program is planned for children, where they can bring maracas made from plastic bottles at home and play rhythms along with the performers. Through the experience of not just "listening" to music but also "creating it together," even children attending a concert for the first time can enjoy themselves casually.
This concert will color your summer memories, with the performers and venue uniting to create music.
Participate in the performance with handmade maracas
This concert features a participatory program where children can use plastic bottle maracas made at home to play rhythms along with the performers. The rhythm of the maracas will join the performers' music, creating a single piece of music together with the entire venue. Instructions on how to make maracas are available on our hotel's official website.
