The highly popular annual 'Summer Fruit Fair' returns this year with a focus on premium Miyazaki ripe mangoes, muskmelons, and white peaches.

The 'Miyazaki Ripe Mango and Muskmelon Afternoon Tea' features the fragrant, melt-in-your-mouth Miyazaki ripe mangoes and juicy, delicately sweet muskmelons. The dessert selection includes mango pudding, mango cream puffs, melon glass shortcake, and blancmange. Savory items harmonize the natural sweetness of the fruits with umami-rich ingredients, such as 'Muskmelon with Jamón Serrano' and 'Miyazaki Mango with Burrata Cheese Salad'.

Three distinctive parfaits will also be available. The 'Miyazaki Ripe Mango Parfait' layers premium mangoes in three generous tiers, accented with bittersweet chocolate and the refreshing tartness of passion fruit. The 'Shizuoka Crown Melon Parfait' uses the highest-grade muskmelon, celebrated for its rich aroma and deep flavor, served with fresh cream and vanilla cream. The 'White Peach Parfait' combines fresh and compote white peaches, enhanced with berry sauce acidity and the crunchy texture of streusel.
