【Nikko Style Nagoya】Renewal of the 'Solo Anniversary Plan' to Celebrate Yourself

Nikko Style Nagoya (located in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; General Manager: Kuniyuki Nishi) has further enhanced the benefits of its popular 'Solo Anniversary Plan', which has been well-received since its launch in April 2025, and will renew the offerings from stays on Friday, May 29, 2026.

In recent years, interest in solo travel, solo activities, and 'single-person consumption' for self-care has been rising. In the hotel stay market, the value of 'time spent for oneself' is expanding beyond just 'special days spent with someone else'. In response to this shift in values, Nikko Style Nagoya has been offering the 'Solo Anniversary Plan' since April 2025, limited to one room per day. In addition to a stay on the 'Deluxe+ Floor' designed for quality sleep and relaxation, the plan includes a variety of perks for celebrating oneself, such as a message card, a whole cake for one person, a choice of 10 bath oils, and a 'Solo Nagoya Map' for exploring.

Now, about one year after the launch, based on feedback from guests, the hotel has revised some of the content to provide an even more comfortable solo experience.

In this renewal, the popular 'experience of celebrating oneself' remains, while new experiences themed around 'Satisfy, Immerse, and Rejuvenate' have been added, allowing guests to enjoy their own time more freely and in their own way. As an option, a new breakfast box including a local Nagoya-style sweet red bean paste croissant will also be offered.

The plan is ideal for a wide range of occasions, such as birthdays, milestones in work, study, or hobbies, or when taking a break from housework or childcare. It is also recommended for 'oshi-katsu' (activities celebrating one's favorite idols or characters), allowing guests to immerse themselves in time with their beloved 'oshi' on a special day.

Guests will receive a ticket to choose one drink from six options at 'style kitchen Cafe & Bar', which serves specialty coffee. The lineup of carefully selected drinks and two types of premium snacks provided in the guest room has also been completely refreshed, allowing guests to enjoy a richer stay.
*Drinks provided in the guest room can be chosen as alcoholic or non-alcoholic at the time of booking.

A new breakfast box containing a croissant filled with sweet red bean paste and fresh cream, a staple of Nagoya's breakfast culture, will be offered. The breakfast will be delivered to the guest room in a knot bag made with Arimatsu-Narumi shibori (tie-dye), a tradition passed down for over 400 years, allowing guests to enjoy a special morning during their staycation. For those who prefer a hearty meal, the 'style kitchen' restaurant offers a breakfast combining a main dish and a buffet, or a choice of two brunch menus.

Maro proposes the charm of solo time and various ways to spend it through his own media 'Ohitorisama.', as well as writing and media appearances. He is the original creator of the popular comic series 'Ohitorisama Hotel' (manga by Makihirochi / Shinchosha), and author of 'Ohitorihoteru Gaido' (Asahi Shimbun Publications) and 'Hitori ga Ii Tabi' (Wani Books, scheduled for release on April 25, 2025).
