During tea time at the all-day dining 'Le Jardin', seasonal-themed afternoon teas are offered exclusively on weekends. This time, we are presenting the 'Summer Vacation Afternoon Tea', themed around a seaside vacation, featuring sweets made with summer fruits.
Adorning the center of the sweet plate is the 'Turquoise Blue Yogurt Chocolat Blanc Cake', inspired by the beautiful sea where dolphins swim and coral reefs. This fruity and refreshing treat features passion fruit sauce enclosed within a yogurt mousse. Other sweets include the 'Peach Melba', a homemade peach compote carefully simmered with spices and white wine, topped with rich vanilla ice cream, and the 'Afternoon Resort Earl Grey Financier', a tea financier resembling a sandy beach adorned with chocolate shaped like a beach chair. Guests can enjoy a total of 5 types of sweets.
