Based on the concept of placing "brewing (kamosu)" at the core of the stay, Otaru Retreat Kuramure has introduced an enzyme bath in an accommodation facility for the first time in Hokkaido*.

Under the supervision of Ohtaka Enzyme, which has inherited the fermentation culture in Otaru for 100 years, an enzyme bath that shapes Hokkaido ingredients and fermentation wisdom into a stay experience has been installed in the facility. Taking advantage of the overnight stay, we have incorporated an opportunity for guests to feel the blessings of this land and the concept of "brewing (kamosu)".
