The Japan Dried Okara Association (Handa City, Aichi Prefecture/Chairman Yuichi Tsukada) held a commemorative event on April 5th at the Tokyo Yurakucho Transportation Pavilion to celebrate April 8th, Okara Day. This year, talent Wada Maaya (former Nogizaka46) was appointed as the Okara Powder PR Ambassador once again. We made 'Okara Tabbouleh' using okara powder with culinary researcher Haruno Yamaguchi. Approximately 40 people, including general applicants and Wada Maaya's fans, participated and enjoyed the event, which also included a rock-paper-scissors tournament.
