Okamotoya Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Mikiko Suzuki) will exhibit for the first time at "Workplace Reform EXPO 2026," a specialized exhibition held within the 25th General Affairs, HR, and Accounting Week [Tokyo | June], from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight. At the venue, Okamotoya will introduce solutions that encompass understanding employee conditions, creating spaces, and supporting systems and operations, based on the company's expertise as a "Well-being Environment Construction Company."
Workplace Reform EXPO 2026
With the philosophy of "Aiding Working People," Okamotoya offers total solutions centered on office environment construction. Not only does it provide one-stop support for property surveys, layout design, furniture selection, interior proposals, ICT/DX implementation support, maintenance, and procurement, but it also practices work style reform internally and applies that experience to the office creation for client companies. In January 2024, the company opened its head office "palette" at Toranomon Station Tower, equipped with live office functions, embodying a workspace where diverse personalities and cultures intersect.
Service Flow
This first-time exhibition is more than just a display opportunity for Okamotoya. As themes such as human capital management, health management, promotion of women's active participation, and engagement improvement increasingly gain importance as management challenges, the role of the office is expanding from "a place to perform tasks" to "a management resource that fosters organizational culture and generates creativity and connections." Okamotoya will support the implementation of Well-being by designing the entire employee experience, without separating space, objects, and systems.
At the venue, visitors can experience exhibits offering hints for diverse work styles and environmental improvements, including the "Well-being Diagnosis insightDialogue*" for understanding organizational conditions, "Mikata Lens" for visualizing ICT issues, and "Fellne" for supporting women's active participation. Furthermore, Okamotoya has obtained Well-Being ISO Guideline Certification Level 2 and has 11 Well-Being ISO Guideline Consultants on staff. The company has established a system to provide ongoing support for continuous improvement and operational assistance, rather than limiting office environment creation to mere equipment proposals.
Moreover, Okamotoya is advancing initiatives to implement Well-being into the workplace environment through verification and visualization, rather than discussing it as a conceptual idea. The company's efforts to continuously improve employee satisfaction as a KPI, by updating systems and environments based on employee-led committee activities and surveys, were recognized, leading to the acquisition of "Well-being ISO Guideline Certification."
Okamotoya is also engaged in demonstration experiments related to creating Well-being office spaces. To date, the company has implemented office measures centered on "smiles," "gratitude," and "connection," and has conducted demonstration experiments combining technology with improvements in the number of smiles and the co-occurrence of smiles, as well as increased awareness of gratitude and connection during event periods. Based on this knowledge, Okamotoya will provide support to ensure that workplaces become spaces that enhance not only efficiency but also psychological safety and the quality of relationships.
What Okamotoya Aims for as a "Well-being Environment Construction Company"
"When the office smiles, people smile too." With the slogan that organizations with smiles become revitalized, Okamotoya proposes optimal workplace reforms tailored to each company's challenges, by crossing over Well-being diagnosis, office design, ICT, data visualization, system operation, and communication activation. The company aims to build environments that are not just easy to work in, but also "places people want to work" and "places people are proud to gather."
Exhibition Contents
"Organizational Well-Being Diagnosis Tool insightDialogue*" Insight Dialogue is an organizational diagnostic tool developed by Dentsu Institute for Human Studies and Quusight Inc.
This tool is implemented based on "Well-being Indicators" developed by combining the expertise in research and consulting support for work engagement and self-directed human resources that Dentsu Institute for Human Studies has been involved in, with Quusight's Well-being initiatives. The Well-being Indicators were supervised by Professor Toshiyuki Yasui of Musashino University's Faculty of Well-being and Professor Yoshikuni Eda of Ritsumeikan University's Graduate School of Technology Management.
Through market research targeting 1,900 business professionals working in companies with 100 or more employees, the "Workplace Environment Well-being Structure," which clarifies the structure for increasing life satisfaction, was elucidated through 6 factors and 2 paths derived from the analysis results.
Using the causal analysis technology "CALC*1 (Calque)" centered on these 6 factors, a Well-being survey of 50 questions has been designed and is now available. The survey report goes beyond simply measuring scores to reveal the "mechanism" for organizational function. Causal analysis technology "CALC" makes it possible to visualize the structure of Well-being, such as "how trust relationships lead to creativity."
"Fellne"
This is a service for promoting women's active participation launched by Okamotoya in 2022. They exhibited products directly linked to solving social issues, such as ladies' kits for disaster preparedness, and amenity bars as a step towards fostering a new corporate culture, aimed at realizing diversity within organizations.
Both are proposals for soft measures that link to the realization of diversity embraced by Well-being and health management.
Amenity Bar Ladies' Kit for Disaster Preparedness
"Organizational ICT Diagnostic Tool Mikata Lens"
This is a diagnostic tool that visualizes an organization's ICT and DX challenges.
It visualizes the organization's ICT utilization status in three major areas: 1 Optimization of core systems, 2 Operation of office infrastructure, and 3 Utilization of information communication. These are categorized into three challenges each, for a total of nine, to assist in considering the next steps for accelerating DX.
"Well-being Measures"
Okamotoya has also been conducting demonstration experiments to visualize the relationship between space and smiles.
By proposing these not only as space construction but also as intervention measures for self-sustaining Well-being, it is possible to achieve organizational revitalization through space construction.

Moving forward, Okamotoya will further develop environment construction centered on Well-being, starting with the encounters at exhibitions. The company will expand its efforts as a partner supporting the sustainable growth of corporations, including office relocation/renovation, system design support, promotion of women's active participation, health management, and response to human capital management. In an era where offices are being re-evaluated not as "costs" but as "investments in the future," Okamotoya will promote the creation of environments where employee smiles and organizational results can coexist.
