Imosho Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Akiji Osaki), which operates the gluten-free aged honey sweet potato sweets specialty store "& OIMO TOKYO," announced that starting April 13, 2026, they will be collaborating with jam specialty store Shonan Fruit Craft to sell the "Seasonal Honey Sweet Potato Pudding à la Mode Shonan Gold" for a limited time at & OIMO TOKYO Nakameguro.

The Richness of Aged Honey Sweet Potato Meets the Refreshing Encounter of Rare Citrus!

Shonan Fruit Craft makes body-friendly jams using seasonal fruits, including Shonan Gold. Their jams are made with fruit as it is, without white sugar and absolutely no additives such as antioxidants, preservatives, or artificial coloring. They are committed to using fruits nurtured by the sun and sea breeze of Shonan exactly as they are.

The Shonan Gold used in this collaboration is an original citrus variety developed by Kanagawa Prefecture. It was created by crossing "Imamura Wenzhou" with the "Golden Orange" grown in the western part of Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a representative fruit of Shonan, characterized by its refreshing aroma like lemon and elegant acidity. This rare citrus, Shonan Gold, which is in season now, has met & OIMO TOKYO's sweet potatoes.

& OIMO TOKYO's sweet potatoes are Tanegashima Anno sweet potatoes, whose sweetness is enhanced by aging and charcoal grilling. They are aged for over three months and slowly and moistly baked for about 2 hours and 15 minutes in our own kiln. These carefully crafted honey sweet potatoes pair exceptionally well with the acidity of citrus.

The base is our proud pudding, luxuriously kneaded with Anno sweet potato paste, resulting in an astonishingly rich and smooth texture. The vibrant aroma spreading from the golden fruit and its juicy acidity hidden within its high sugar content add color to it. The moment Shonan Gold overlaps with the deep sweetness of Anno sweet potato and the slight bitterness of caramel is truly a blissful moment.

You can enjoy the overlapping flavors with the cool vanilla ice cream until the last bite.

This collaboration was born from a "sincere commitment to ingredients."

Please enjoy this exquisite dish, available only here, where Shonan's blessings and Nakameguro's sensibilities have merged.
