Open House Group (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryosuke Fukuoka; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that on March 27, 2026, it donated 390 million yen to support the regional co-creation projects undertaken by Otofuke Town, Hokkaido (Mayor: Shinji Ono). Combined with the donation made in fiscal year 2024, this brings the total amount to 400 million yen. Through this, we aim to contribute to the further development of regional co-creation projects and the success of various development ventures in Otofuke Town, and we will continue our efforts toward regional co-creation with a focus on the Tokachi region of Hokkaido.

In December 2024, our group launched the [Regional Co-Creation "Hokkaido/Tokachi Initiative 2030 (tentative name)"], aiming to provide a total of 10 billion yen in donations and investments by 2030 to support regional co-creation in Hokkaido, primarily in the Tokachi area. As part of this initiative, in February 2025, we concluded an agreement at the Otofuke Town Office to donate a total of 1 billion yen by fiscal year 2028 to support projects such as the Tokachigawa Onsen regional revitalization project. Additionally, in April 2025, we donated 1 billion yen to Obihiro City, Hokkaido (Mayor: Norihisa Yonezawa) as a corporate hometown tax donation.

Hokkaido is a land overflowing with the charm of culture and history, where a rich food culture is nurtured within beautiful nature, captivating people both from Japan and abroad. On the other hand, economic and social disparities between urban and rural areas within the prefecture have become issues, and in rural areas, depopulation is progressing due to the influence of aging and population decline. In such regions, our group aims to realize a sustainable society by leveraging the expertise gained in Gunma Prefecture to develop regional co-creation projects, create local employment, and attract migrants and tourists.
