Odakyu SC Development Concludes Basic Agreement for Kagawa Prefecture's "Metropolitan Area Information Dissemination and Exchange Hub Facility Development and Operation Project"

Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Waichiro Hosoya; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that it has been selected as the most outstanding proposer for the "Metropolitan Area Information Dissemination and Exchange Hub Facility Development and Operation Project" publicly solicited by Kagawa Prefecture, and has concluded a basic agreement for this project. The Company is a commercial facility operating company of the Odakyu Group, which has developed, operated, and renovated numerous commercial facilities along the Odakyu railway lines, including Shinjuku. In this project, the Company will collectively lease approximately 1,300 square meters of floor space acquired by Kagawa Prefecture within the Mita Koyamacho West District Redevelopment Building in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and will develop and operate it as an information dissemination and exchange hub under the concept of "Live KAGAWA." We will leverage our accumulated know-how in planning, developing, and operating diverse commercial facilities to work with the government to promote regional attractions and create vibrancy. Kagawa Prefecture sought a private business operator to develop and operate a new information dissemination and exchange hub, utilizing the floor space acquired through its participation in the redevelopment project underway in the area around the former Tokyo Sanuki Kaikan. The Company was selected as the most outstanding proposer based on its strengths: a track record of operating a wide range of commercial facilities from urban centers to suburbs, and its expertise in property management for non-group properties, which has been expanding in recent years. 1.
