TOKYO, JAPAN – [Date of Release] – Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Waiichiro Hosoya; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announced today that it will sequentially undertake the operations and management of real estate properties for three facilities starting February 2026: "Elements Machida Building" (Machida City, Tokyo), "Rakuarru Odasaga" (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture)※1, and "Yamato Sky Building" (Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture). The Company is a commercial facility operator within the Odakyu Group, with extensive experience in the development, operation, and renewal of numerous commercial facilities along the Odakyu Line, including in Shinjuku. Leveraging this accumulated expertise, the Company is committed to enhancing asset value and creating local vibrancy by responding to the diverse needs of owners for facilities outside the Odakyu Group. With the addition of these three properties, the total number of properties managed outside the group reaches seven. Moving forward, the Company will broadly deploy its operational capabilities, honed in both urban and suburban areas, to contribute to the improvement of facility value and the revitalization of commerce in each region through commercial facility operations tailored to local characteristics.
<Background of Expanded Undertakings> Amidst the expansion of the EC market and changes in consumer behavior, commercial facilities are increasingly required to have strategic operational capabilities and improved profitability. Meanwhile, securing specialized personnel and rising operational costs make it difficult for facility owners to maintain sophisticated operational systems in-house, leading to a growing need for outsourcing to experienced operators.

The Company submitted a bid for the "Kagawa Prefecture Capital Region Information Dissemination and Exchange Hub Facility Development and Operation Project," which was solicited through a public proposal process by Kagawa Prefecture starting May 29, Reiwa 7 (2025). The Company proposed the development of a new information dissemination and exchange hub facility within the rights-holding floor of a redevelopment building to be acquired by Kagawa Prefecture through its participation in the redevelopment project in the former Tokyo Sanuki Kaikan area in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
