The "Osaka Top Runner Development Program" is an initiative where Osaka City certifies projects from local small and medium-sized enterprises that aim to expand businesses through new products and services expected to create new demand, with the Osaka Industrial Bureau providing continuous hands-on support.

Following the call for applications for the first term of fiscal year 2026, which began on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 (*1), four projects were selected from over 60 entries for their high potential in terms of uniqueness, innovation, and scalability.

In light of this, a certification ceremony and project presentation event were held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Osaka City Central Public Hall, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property.
