■ Background of Share Acquisition and Company Name Change
Since its establishment in 1988, OAG Group has developed diversified consulting services as a comprehensive consulting firm with numerous specialists, including certified public accountants, tax accountants, and lawyers.
In recent years, as customer needs for "asset management" and "asset succession" have become more sophisticated and diverse, we determined that providing more direct and specialized financial solutions was indispensable. Therefore, we decided to welcome Leefas, an independent financial advisor (IFA) with a proven track record, into our group.
Through this group integration and company name change, we will add a "financial" axis to our traditional tax, legal, and management consulting services, establishing a one-stop support system for customers to "grow, protect, and succeed" their assets.
