The company has produced many certified individuals by systematically deploying hands-on training programs such as "Soft Dojo Training (*1)," where in-house specialists serve as instructors, and by enabling employees to learn proactively and continuously.

*1: "Soft Dojo Training" is a place for "hands-on technical engineer development" where professional employees active in development sites serve as instructors. Since its establishment in July 2009, it has continued to train engineers who can be effective in the field. Furthermore, to make our technical engineer development curriculum widely useful in the industry, we have been holding public Dojo training sessions for external participants since July 2012.
