Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. announced its participation in a logistics facility development project in Plainfield, Chicago, Illinois, USA, promoted by the leading US developer Trammell Crow Company and CBRE, alongside Keihanshin Building Co., Ltd.

The company has developed 23 logistics projects domestically under its flagship brand 'LOGIFRONT' and began its first overseas logistics facility project in November 2024. This project serves as the company's third overseas venture.

The Chicago metropolitan area, where the site is located, is the largest logistics hub in the US, offering well-developed infrastructure ideal for e-commerce and consumer goods distribution.
