NSG集團旗下新潟醫療福祉大學於3月26日（四）舉辦了以目標成為健康、醫療、福祉、運動專業人士的高中生為對象的「團隊醫療體驗會」。約有來自新潟縣內外13所高中的140名高中生參加。
本校為加深高中生對目標專業的理解，正積極推動「高中大學醫療合作」，提供到校講座、職業體驗、醫院參訪等，讓學生能更深入思考未來職涯。作為此項計畫的一環，我們舉辦了「團隊醫療體驗會」，旨在學習健康、醫療、福祉、運動領域所需的合作與協同。
上午，高中生依其希望的資格與職業分組，由本校教師講授護理師、物理治療師、營養師等各專業角色的魅力，並透過相關體驗加深理解。同時，也學習了各職種在團隊醫療中如何協作與貢獻。
下午，學生們以上午所學知識為基礎，挑戰以跨專業合作為主題的團體工作。針對提出的案例，從各職種的觀點討論可提供的治療與支援方式，並由各組進行發表。學生們親身體驗了與其他職種協作的難處與樂趣，更進一步加深了對「團隊醫療」的理解。
能夠舉辦此類體驗會，是本校作為日本最大規模的綜合醫療大學的獨特之處，擁有六個學部十六個學科匯聚於同一校園，並建構了實踐「團隊醫療」的學習環境。未來我們也將持續推動高中大學醫療合作，支持高中生做出職涯選擇。
