The "NITF T-shirt POP UP SHOP," a student-led initiative by NSG Group's International Total Fashion College, held in cooperation with "Bandai City Billboard Place," a hub for Niigata's fashion culture, concluded successfully on June 28, 2026, after a three-day run from June 26 (Fri) to June 28 (Sun), attracting a large number of visitors.
This project was the culmination of the college's practical store management classes, where students studying fashion business handled everything from product sourcing (buying) and pricing to VMD (visual merchandising), customer service, and operations themselves.

Student Comments
After three days of store operations, the students experienced real-world growth and learning that could not be obtained solely from classroom instruction, but only by being on the front lines of a commercial facility.
- Experiencing the Customer Service and Sales Floor "Standing on the actual sales floor, I keenly felt the difficulty of customer service, such as communicating with each customer individually. It was very enjoyable to apply the basics of customer service learned in class to actual sales, and I was very happy the moment a customer purchased an item that I felt was good and had sourced."
- Through Real Store Operations "I experienced the difficulty of setting product prices (price range and lineup) depending on the location and customer base of a commercial facility. This real experience was very educational."
The POP UP SHOP featured "BP x NITF Collaboration T-shirts" co-produced with Bandai City Billboard Place, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, as well as vintage clothing and remade items personally sourced by the students. The event successfully showcased the results of their daily learning to many members of the local community.
This experience provided a significant opportunity to broaden the "potential unbound by conventional thinking" held by young people in regional areas.
We will continue to actively engage in industry-academia collaboration projects with local communities and companies, providing learning experiences that offer a realistic glimpse into cutting-edge fields. We will strive to foster talent that can lead the fashion industry from Niigata and contribute to regional revitalization.
