Kaishi University of Graduate Studies (part of NSG Group), located at 3-1-46 Komeyama, Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, will offer a special lecture that is free for the general public to attend. The lecturer for this session will be Visiting Professor Hitoshi Aoki (Chairman and President of Achievement Co., Ltd. / CEO of Achievement Group / Chairman of the Aoki Hitoshi Educational Foundation).

This lecture provides an opportunity to directly learn management perspectives and ideas that you may not have realized before from a lecturer active on the front lines of business. Hitoshi Aoki, Visiting Professor

Born in Hakodate City, Hokkaido. In 1987, at the age of 32, he founded Achievement Co., Ltd., based on the foundational theory of Choice Theory Psychology. Currently, he leads the Achievement Group as CEO and manages four related organizations, including foundations and associations.

Since establishing the company, he has been involved in the human resource development of over 530,000 people and the education of over 11,000 small and medium-sized enterprise managers.

The company boasts sales exceeding 8.19 billion yen and ordinary profits exceeding 2.89 billion yen. It was ranked 3rd in the medium-sized company category in the "Best Companies to Work For" ranking organized by the Great Place To Work® Institute Japan, the world's largest organization for employee engagement surveys and research. It has been selected as a Best Company for 11 consecutive years since 2016. Since November 2022, he has been selected as a No. 1 member company of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, serving as the Vice Chairman of the Education and Human Resource Development Committee. In his second term, he currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Start-up and Business Succession Committee and the Vice Chairman of the Service Division.

For three years from 2010, he served as a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Policy Studies, Hosei University, and served as a judge for the "Japan's Most Important Company Award" for seven years.

Since October 2023, in addition to being a councilor at SBC Tokyo Medical University, he has also been active as a visiting professor in the Faculty of General Education, a visiting professor at Hollywood University of Dramatic Arts, and since December of the same year, a visiting professor at Kaishi University of Graduate Studies.

In 2024, he established the "Aoki Hitoshi Educational Foundation" to provide financial support to aspiring young people. Subsequently, it received public interest certification from the Cabinet Office and operates a scholarship grant program as a public interest foundation.

In November 2024, he was appointed as a special advisor to the Napoleon Hill Foundation in the United States. In 2025, he will become the first Asian gold medalist in the foundation's Leadership Development program.

His books include the 300,000-copy bestseller "How to Build Unbreakable Confidence for Life" and "How to Build a Company Where People Grow, Learned from Konosuke Matsushita" (PHP Institute), which is also a recommended book at the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management, bringing his total to 71 books.
