NSCA Japan S&C Forum 2026 to Be Held in Tokyo on June 28

NSCA Japan will host the S&C Forum 2026 on June 28, 2026, at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba. This annual event gathers trainers, researchers, and students to bridge the gap between strength and conditioning research and practical application. This year's program revives the dual-track system, running practical workshops and academic lectures simultaneously, allowing attendees to tailor their learning experience. The opening session features a special lecture by Professor Yasuyuki Taki from Tohoku University, who will present scientific evidence on how exercise affects brain development and dementia prevention. Additionally, Yasushi Horita from the Japan Institute of Sports Sciences will deliver a report on team building and conditioning support from the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
