Notion Labs Japan LLC (Location: Tokyo, General Manager APAC: Katsukiyo Nishi) is launching the "Notion Campus Leader Program 2026" for university students. This program aims to select campus leaders representing Notion from various universities to support effective ways of using Notion in university life and job hunting, as well as to foster communities within and across universities.
Applications for campus leaders are accepted every academic year, and this year marks the recruitment of the 3rd cohort in Japan. To align with the new academic year in Japan, the application period has been moved up this time, accepting submissions from today, April 13, until May 5.
Recruiting Users to Support and Maximize Notion Adoption Among University Students
Notion, which can effectively manage lecture notes, assignments, campus projects, and job hunting activities, is increasingly being used in universities. We offer the "Plus Plan" free of charge to students and educators (click here for eligibility and details on the Student Plus Plan). In recent years, with the evolution of Notion AI, its use to support learning—such as summarizing lecture notes, organizing information, and assisting in drafting reports—has expanded.
Through the Notion Campus Leader Program, we will recruit "Campus Leaders" from universities. By providing support for community management, hosting meetups, and sharing the latest information, we aim to support their activities and promote the adoption of Notion among university students.
Through these activities, campus leaders can not only experience the planning, operation, and communication of projects, including events, but also broaden their perspectives by connecting with members worldwide. We also expect this challenge to be utilized as a "Gakuchika" (a highlight of extracurricular activities) in their job hunting.
Updating the Campus Leader Experience
This year, we have updated the program to make it easier to start activities and deepen learning with peers.
Introduction of a University-Based Group System
Campus leaders from the same university will form teams for onboarding and activities. By working towards the same goals in groups, we expect higher achievement rates and maintained motivation.
Career-Boosting Programs: Career Development Support and Marketing Study Sessions
In addition to learning how to utilize Notion, we plan to hold bi-monthly programs beneficial for job hunting and post-graduation, such as sessions and workshops themed around career development, and opportunities to learn SNS marketing. In June, we plan to hold a corporate understanding and self-analysis workshop targeted at job-hunting students in collaboration with Lib Consulting Co., Ltd.
