Kurashimarumaru Launches 'Okurashi' Podcast to Connect Creators and Producers in Nagasaki to the World!

Our company supports the 'April Dream' initiative, which aims to make April 1st a day to share dreams. This press release represents the dream of 'Kurashimarumaru.'

Kurashimarumaru, based in Nagasaki Prefecture with the theme of 'making kitchens and producers more familiar,' has launched a new podcast program, 'Okurashi,' to deliver the voices of local creators and producers. We will use audio media and Instagram to share the connections with creators that we have built through events, and deliver the charm of Nagasaki to both domestic and international audiences.

Furthermore, we have welcomed a new podcast producer to our team to coincide with the launch of the program.

[FY2025 Activity Report] 'Kurashimarumaru' Events Connecting Creators and Daily Life

am:fuku○ Kurashimarumaru Marche (November 16, 2025 / Ureshino Maruku) Theme: 'Knowing the charm of food and agriculture while enjoying it.' This was our first outdoor event, planned so that adults and children alike could learn about producers and their products through food and exercise. With over 40 vendors, including vegetable producers from Nagasaki and Ureshino, the venue was filled with a warm atmosphere.

Five special projects under the theme 'Making producers and kitchens more familiar': 1. 'Marche Directory' introducing producers with 5 questions. 2. 'Vegetable Fortune Telling' popular with children. 3. 'Vegetable Photo Spot' using rice bags and vegetables. 4. 'Vegetable Master Certification' to learn while playing. 5. 'Podcast Recording' with producers as guests.

Mizuho Oyster Kurashimarumaru Marche (February 22, 2026 / Mizuho Sukoyaka Land) Theme: 'Knowing the charm of the sea and food while enjoying it.' This was our first outdoor event in Nagasaki Prefecture, featuring 28 vendors including those with collaboration menus using Mizuho oysters. We collaborated with the Isahaya Bay Fisheries Cooperative Mizuho Branch to provide experiences such as panel displays and original character goods to help visitors feel attached to Mizuho oysters.
