The product, 'Distiller’s CUT TAITO Action with Bistro NOHGA', upcycles ginger residue generated at the hotel's restaurant. Cocktails using this 47% ABV gin will be available starting May 13, 2026, from 950 yen. This initiative promotes ethical consumption and local connection.
