<Background of Employment Extension>
In July 2020, our company established a maximum re-employment age of 80. However, after receiving requests from employees over 80 who wished to continue working beyond that limit, we decided to continue their employment following interviews and assessments of their health and work performance. Consequently, we abolished the maximum employment age limit in October 2021.
