Senior Employees Aged 65 and Over Exceed 100!

Nojima Corporation (Representative Executive Officer and President: Hiroshi Nojima) is pleased to announce that the number of senior employees aged 65 and over has surpassed 100. With the desire for employees to continue thriving regardless of age, as long as they are healthy and motivated, our company abolished the employment age limit in 2021 so that employees aged 80 and over can also work. As of February 28, 2026, there are 102 senior employees aged 65 and over, among which 4 employees are 80 years of age or older. In July 2020, our company established 80 years old as the upper limit for re-employment.
