Nitori Co., Ltd. Recently, with limited kitchen storage space, there has been an increasing demand for "wanting to have as few frequently used tools as possible" and "wanting to reduce the burden of tidying up and putting things away." In response to these customer voices, Nitori has been developing the "Super Super Lightweight Frying Pan" series, characterized by its lightness and ease of use. On the other hand, we also received feedback such as "even with a light frying pan, I want a depth that can be used for simmering and deep-frying." While maintaining the ease of handling that comes from its lightness, we have now launched the "deep-type."

This product, with its extra-deep design of approximately 6.5cm, supports not only stir-frying but also dishes with a lot of liquid and deep-frying. The 20cm size exclusively for gas hobs weighs approximately 295g, making it lightweight and easy for daily use.

Furthermore, the shape with a pouring spout allows for smooth transfer of sauces and simmered liquids to dishes. It adopts a soft-grip handle designed for easy gripping, achieving both stability during cooking and ease of holding.

It comes in four sizes: 20cm, 24cm, 26cm, and 28cm, allowing selection according to family composition and cooking volume. Two types are available: gas hob exclusive and IH/gas hob compatible.
