[First in Chugoku Region] Partnership with Nisai Global School: From Hiroshima to World Top University Standards

Hiroshima Kokusai Gakuin Junior and Senior High School has signed an educational partnership agreement with Nisai Global School, an online educational institution headquartered in the UK, and will begin a new educational program from the 2026 academic year. Concurrently, a press conference regarding this partnership will be held.

Through this partnership, students at our school will have access to world-standard educational programs, including A-Levels, which are qualifications for university admission in the UK, while remaining in Japan. A-Levels differ from the broad learning of the International Baccalaureate (IB) by specializing in subjects directly related to career paths, fostering advanced expertise. They are highly regarded internationally, with top universities worldwide using them as a criterion for admission. This will enable strategic learning tailored to each student's desired career path, significantly expanding diverse career options both domestically and internationally.

In recent years, there has been a strong demand in education for "individually optimized learning" and "cultivation of global adaptability." However, traditional uniform classes have found it difficult to adequately meet the diversifying needs of students. In light of this situation, our school has been considering the introduction of flexible and high-quality online learning.

Nisai, an online educational institution from the UK, provides diverse learning opportunities through partnerships with schools worldwide and has a high affinity with our school's educational philosophy. Through this partnership, we aim to create an environment where students can receive world-class specialized education while in Hiroshima, and realize education that maximizes their potential.
