Membership organization revamped as "MITSUI OCEAN CLUB" - New member recruitment begins today

Mitsui O.S.K. Passenger Line, Ltd. (President & CEO: Tsunemichi Mukai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the cruise brand MITSUI OCEAN CRUISES (hereinafter "Mitsui Ocean Cruises"), has revamped the system of its existing membership organization "Dolphins Club" and renamed it "MITSUI OCEAN CLUB" (hereinafter "Mitsui Ocean Club"), further enhancing the benefits available to members. Recruitment for new members begins today.

The primary objectives of this revamp are to deliver a more convenient and comfortable service experience to our customers who patronize our cruise ships, and to further allow those who are new to cruising or currently considering a cruise vacation to experience the appeal of cruise travel.

The revamped "Mitsui Ocean Club" will introduce new membership tiers, changing the criteria for membership stage determination from the number of previous voyages to the cumulative number of nights spent on cruises. Additionally, individuals who have not yet cruised with us will also be able to join.

The main benefits available to members under the new organization are as follows:

[Limited Time Offer] 40% Discount on Cruise Fares for First-Time Cruisers: Members who join between July 3 (Fri) and September 18 (Fri) and make their first reservation on a Mitsui Ocean Cruises ship will receive a 40% discount on their cruise fare (valid for one-time use). This discount applies to 21 cruises on Mitsui Ocean Fuji departing between July 30, 2026 (Thu) and December 13, 2026 (Sun). As this is a special offer, it cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits.

Onboard Credit for First-Time Cruisers with New Member Benefits: New members who are cruising for the first time will receive ¥10,000 in onboard credit (non-transferable, non-exchangeable) for their inaugural cruise.

10% Discount on Cruise Fares for Second Voyages: Members who join as new members will receive a 10% discount on their cruise fare for their second voyage (valid for one-time use).

Cruise Fare Discounts and Free Cruise Gifts Based on Membership Stage: Cruise fare discounts are available depending on the membership stage. Diamond members will receive a free cruise benefit (up to 4 nights) for every 100 nights achieved after 250 nights. For details, please check our official website below.

Priority Reservations: Members of Bronze tier or higher will have priority booking start dates based on their membership stage when new itineraries are released, allowing them to book before general sales begin.

Priority Check-in and Disembarkation: Members of Bronze tier or higher will receive priority service during check-in and disembarkation.

Other Discounts and Services: Members of Bronze tier or higher can enjoy discounts at onboard shops and spa facilities according to their membership stage. Furthermore, as a token of our appreciation, members may be invited to exclusive onboard events. Events such as cocktail parties and afternoon tea are planned, with their availability and content varying by cruise and timing.
