Ryhsheng Books, a subsidiary of NIPPAN IPS, launches electronic distribution service for Japanese publishers to Taiwan's largest online bookstore "Books.com.tw"

Ryhsheng Books Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NIPPAN IPS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Daisuke Numata), commenced an electronic distribution service on Monday, April 13, 2026. This service facilitates the sale of Japanese electronic magazines and books on Books.com.tw, Taiwan's largest online bookstore, without requiring translation. The service aims to reduce the burden on Japanese publishers by managing complex tasks such as distribution, contracts, payments, sales management, and fund collection, thereby enabling swift entry into the Taiwanese market. The first titles to be distributed are the latest issue of 'Diamond WEEKLY' (April 18/25 combined issue, released April 13, 2026) and about one year's worth of back issues. Future plans include expanding to 50 publishers and 1,000 titles, encompassing business, novel, and light novel genres, contributing to the growth of Japanese publishing content distribution and market formation in Taiwan. Ryhsheng Books was established on June 13, 1986, with a capital of 19.75 million New Taiwan Dollars, and its representative is Daisuke Numata. NIPPAN IPS Co., Ltd. was established on December 21, 1994, with a capital of 100 million JPY, and its representative is Daisuke Numata, with 83 employees as of April 1, 2026.
