Zuwai Crab and Shrimp Genovese with Freshly Grated Basil

Guests can first enjoy the rich aroma by grating the basil themselves.

By grating it just before serving, the Genovese sauce, infused with an even richer aroma, is paired with smooth capellini. This is PERTICA's proud dish that brings a sense of coolness, luxuriously adorned with delicately sweet Zuwai crab and shrimp with a rich texture.

Garden-Style Mozzarella and Tomato

Smooth capellini is paired with a special tomato sauce that perfectly balances acidity and sweetness. This dish, adorned with colorful summer vegetables, mellow mozzarella cheese, and prosciutto, is like a summer garden captured on a plate.

In addition to new menus, we have a full lineup!

We highly recommend our 'Fresh Pasta,' which has a strong wheat flavor, a chewy texture, and pairs exceptionally well with sauces.

Also popular is our 'Prosciutto and Pepperoni Garden Pizza ~PERTICA Style~,' made with an abundance of fresh vegetables!

We finish by generously shaving Parmesan cheese in front of you.

Meat dishes are also abundant!

We offer menus that pair perfectly with wine, such as our 'Low-Temperature Baked Tender Roast Beef' and 'Thick-Cut Tender Pork Grill with Garlic Butter and Truffle Aroma,' which is slow-cooked at low temperatures for 12 hours to achieve both the satisfying texture of thick-cut meat and surprising tenderness.

A premium drink bar that rivals specialty cafes

Our approximately 12m long 'Imperial Drink Bar' offers about 48 varieties of drinks, from authentic drip coffee and espresso lattes to 12 types of teas, as well as sodas and fruit juices enjoyed with various flavored syrups.
