PERTICA means "perch" or "roost" in Italian, reflecting the idea of "a place where people gather for fun and healing." More than just a place to eat, the concept is to offer a calming space where guests can forget their busy everyday lives and enjoy delicious food.

From this idea was born the Italian resort restaurant "PERTICA."
