This tournament is an internal event aimed at fostering interaction across departments such as sales, construction, and back office. This time, approximately 20 teams and over 130 employees are scheduled to participate, with the addition of new graduates who have received job offers for 2027, providing an opportunity to deepen relationships with employees even before joining the company.

A Day of Connection Through "Teamwork," Regardless of Department or Position

The "Nikkahome Kanto Cup" started in November 2022 and will be held for the 7th time.

The tournament aims to be one where everyone can be a protagonist, with teams formed to ensure that not only experienced players but also futsal beginners can enjoy themselves.

The biggest appeal of this tournament is that employees who usually work at different stores, or who have little contact with each other in departments like sales, construction, and back office, can naturally deepen their communication through sports.

New graduates scheduled to join in April 2027 are also expected to participate in this tournament.
