Nikka Home Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Midori Ward, Kagoyama, Aichi Prefecture, President: Hiromi Nishida, hereinafter Nikka Home), a housing renovation business, will hold an overnight training program for approximately 30 female sales employees from Monday, August 17 to Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

This training program was planned with the desire to "make Nikka Home a company where women can continue to thrive long-term." With the cooperation of manufacturers and trading companies, female employees will interact across generations and life stages, exchange opinions on work styles and careers, and conduct discussions that will lead to the creation of a future workplace environment.

The initiative, which began with a casual "I want to have a Nikka Women's Gathering" from an employee, has evolved into an overnight training program that considers the work styles of the entire company. Nikka Home is promoting the creation of an environment where everyone can work with peace of mind for a long time, valuing the voices of employees working on the front lines.

Considering an Environment Where Women Can Continue to Work, Especially in the Construction and Renovation Industry

While the participation of female employees is expanding in the housing renovation industry, work styles and career development in response to changes in life stages such as marriage, childbirth, and childcare remain important issues.

Nikka Home Kanto Branch considers the creation of an environment where female sales employees can thrive long-term as one of its important management challenges.

In this overnight training, frank opinions will be exchanged on themes such as "Current concerns," "Expectations from the company," and "What kind of systems would make it easier to work," with the aim of leading to future system development and workplace improvements.

Connecting Across Generations, Approximately 30 Female Sales Employees Participate

Approximately 30 female sales employees active in the Kanto area will participate in this training.

The participating members include:

- Veteran employees who have finished raising children and have been active on the front lines for many years. - Employees balancing childcare and work. - Employees active as sales representatives even after marriage. - New graduates who joined in April 2026.

Employees from diverse life stages will gather.

By sharing their respective experiences and values, it aims to be an opportunity for younger employees to concretely envision their future careers, and for senior employees to gain new insights.

Practical Training Program Learning Together with Partner Companies

In this training, we will also conduct training to improve product knowledge and proposal skills with the cooperation of manufacturers and trading companies that support Nikka Home.

Not only will participants learn knowledge useful for daily sales activities, but by deepening interaction with partner companies, we will contribute to the creation of higher quality homes.

Corporate Culture Starting from Employee Voices

At the Kanto Branch Awards Ceremony held in May 2023: MVP Award Ceremony held at the Kanto Branch Awards Ceremony in May 2023.

This initiative was not proposed by management.

"It would be nice to have a place where female employees can interact more."

This casual remark from one employee sparked the idea of a "Nikka Women's Gathering," which then evolved into an overnight training program that the entire company is undertaking.

Nikka Home considers the voices of employees working on the front lines as the driving force for corporate growth.

Another significant characteristic of our company is the deeply rooted culture where employees think for themselves, propose ideas, and bring them to fruition.

Future Outlook

Nikka Home Kanto Branch will continue to promote the creation of a comfortable workplace by valuing the voice of each and every employee.

We will promote the creation of an environment where female employees can build careers with peace of mind, regardless of changes in their life stages, and through the creation of an organization where diverse human resources can thrive, we will provide higher quality services to our customers.

As a company that contributes to the local community through housing renovation, we will continue to grow while cherishing a "corporate culture that nurtures and utilizes people."
